Buttons and Bows Card!!

Happy Friday! I hope you had a wonderful week. I haven't been creating much lately. I really haven't felt like making any cards or anything. I used to post about three projects a week. I'm lucky if I make one a week now. I guess I'm getting lazy. ;) I do have a card to share with you today. This was a easy card to make. This card is a A2 size card 4 1/2 x 5 1/2 in. I used a corner rounder to round corners on card. The paper is Recollections card stock. The journal sticker is by Making Memories {Chloe's Closet}. The little blue and yellow buttons are from Walmart. I embossed the card with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder.
The big yellow button on white ribbon below I won from Nana @ My Crafting Channel. Nana sent me a 1/2 lb bag of Roylco Bright Buttons! :) The beautiful white ribbon I won from Karen @ Little Scrap Pieces. I'm linking this card to Little Scrap Pieces Fun Friday Buttons and Bows Challenge.
Here is a close up of journal sticker. I stamped hello on it.
Thank you for stopping by. Have a wonderful weekend! :)

DTC Challenge #49- Baby Shower!!

Happy Wednesday! Hope you are having a good week. My grandson Jayden was born on April 14 2013 at 4 A.M he weighed 6 lbs 4 oz. He was due on May 10 2013 but he came early at 36 weeks. He had to stay in incubator for a day because he had a hard time keeping his body temperature. He also has to stay under a light because he has a little (yellow jaundice). Just as soon as the yellow jaundice is gone baby Jayden will be able to go home. Just want to let you all know my baby Jayden is here. Here is a Wood Frame I made for Baby Jayden. Baby Jayden's Wood Photo Frame!!

Happy Thursday! I hope you are having a wonderful week. I thought I would post this wood photo frame I painted for our new baby. Jayden will be his name and he will be born around May 10, 2013!!! I'm counting the days down so I can see and hold him. :) I'm so excited my son and daughter in law is having a baby boy!! Check back next week. I will have some party favors next week to post for a Design Team challenge I made for the baby Jayden's shower. I sanded down wood photo frame and painted it blue. I used a painter marker to write Jayden's name on frame. I glued the frog to the frame. So easy to make for my little one.

DTC Challenge #48: Tea Party!!

Happy Wednesday! We are having another fun challenge at Decorate to Celebrate. For Challenge #48, we are asking you to create any project to be used as a party decoration (or party supply) for a TEA PARTY!!  Let's celebrate EVERYTHING WONDERFUL ABOUT LITTLE TEA SETS, SUGAR CUBES, and TEA CUPS with your table decorations, party banners, pennants, yard signs, cupcakes, party favors and more!!  :)
For the Tea Party Challenge I created a Tealight Holder party favor. I purchased the Studio18 Tealight candle burner Holders from Micheals.
