Santa Tea light Project!!

Happy Friday! I hope you all had a great week.  Here is another altered battery operated tea light project I made. I used the Santa cut from Cricut DoodleCharms Cartridge to make this tea light look like Santa. I made a lot of different altered tea light with the images on this cartridge. This is my very own idea with this cartridge. I did not see this on any ones blog.
I made a note card to go with the Santa tea light. Tie a piece of ribbon around this Santa tea light and it can be used as a tree ornament. It also can be worn on a shirt too. Just hot glue a piece of felt and a pin on back and Santa can lite up on your clothes:)
This is the back of tea light.I punched a small hole in scallop circle so it can be turn on and off.
Here is Santa lite up in the dark!!
Hope you like my Santa tea light:) Have a great weekend. Thank you for stopping by. :)

Today for my project I created a hanging from the ceiling party decorations. This looks so great hanging from the ceiling whirling, twirling, dangling and spinning:)The star and letters is from Cricut Plantin SchoolBook Cartridge.
The green cut is from Cricut Flower Shoppe Cartridge and is the #4 flower. I added some eyelets with the Crop_A- Dile. Tied a clear plastic string through the eyelets so the star could dangle at the end of flower cut.To create bow I used a lot of curling ribbon and curled away with my scissors!!
Here it is dangling from the ceiling. I hope you like my project. Now its your turn to create something wonderful about getting older;) You can link your Over The Hill project HERE!!

Round Gift Box idea!!!

Hello everyone! Hope all is doing fine. I been very busy volunteering at my daughter school and I haven't had much time to create any project this week. Here is an update on my job search to all who read that post. I posted a few months ago I was job hunting. After months of searching I can finally say I found a job and will start working on Monday:) I am so happy I will be getting a paycheck for my work!! I will try to join in some challenges and create some project when I can. You all know I'm a Designer for Decorate To Celebrate . I will always create projects for them ;) Here is a round handmade gift box I made a few weeks ago. I had so much fun making this round box. This box can hold a gift card or small gift. The scallop circle cuts on top and bottom of cake box is from Cricut Mini Monograms Cartridge. I used scrap paper to make round box cake and little tealight cake. Pattern cardstock is Martha Stewart and solid is Recollections cardstock. The butterflies was punched out with Martha Stewart Classic butterfly punch. The little cake on top is a tealight. You can check out the tutorial right HERE!
I would tell you how I made my round box but I don't have time to do a tutorial on it. When I get a chance I will do a tutorial on how to make the box;) This round box is so cute with the tealight on top:) Here is a view of the top.
I will be around later to visit and leave some comments. Have a wonderful week. Thank you for stopping by;)
